Reginald Carter, age 83, of Edison, entered into eternal rest, on Saturday February 13, 2010, at the JFK Hartwyck at Cedar Brook Nursing and Convalescent Center, Plainfield. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Criscuolo) 1952. Loving father of Linda and her late husband Anthony C. Caldiero of Clark, and the late Raymond Carter and his wife Maria of FL. Devoted grandfather of Anthony C. Caldiero and his wife Kelly, Ruthanne and her husband Joe Kaulfers, the late Holly Carter, Regina and Kaitlyn Carter, and Tamara and Rocky Santiago. Cherished great grandfather of Tyler and Joseph Kaulfers and Anthony and Gianna Caldiero.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Wednesday February 17, 2010, at 9 am, from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, thence to St. Agnes R.C. Church, Clark, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations in his name to the Make a Wish Foundation PO Box 4028 1034 Salem Rd. Union, NJ 07083.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Carter resided in Rahway for 8 years and most recently Edison for the past 2 years. He worked in the warehouse for Wakefern Food Corp. of Elizabeth for 30 years. Mr. Carter honorably served in the US Army during WWII.
