Robert W. Shramek, Sr., age 67, of Cranford, entered into eternal rest on Thursday February 18, 2010, at Overlook Hospital, Summit. Beloved husband for 41 years of Ellen (nee Ryan). Loving father of Robert W. Shramek, Jr. of Cranford, and Erin and her husband Michael Rodgers, Sr. of Egg Harbor Township. Caring brother of William Shramek. Devoted grandfather of Michael, Jr., Sofia, and Jack Rodgers.
Relatives and freinds are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Monday February 22, 2010, at 8:45 am, from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, thence to St. Agnes R.C. Church, Clark, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:45 am. Interment, Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Visitation Sunday 2-4 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations in his name to the Children's Specialized Hospital 150 New Providence Rd. Mountainside, NJ 07092.
Born in Bayonne, NJ, Mr. Shramek has resided in Cranford for the past 41 years. He worked as a Operations Manager for the Eagle Global Logistics Co. of Edison for many years. Mr. Shramek honorably served in the US Air Force in 1961 and was a member of the American Legion of Clark Post 328.
